Just to get the ball rolling, start splattering paint, start exploring where you feel a sense of purpose. Think about if you're fulfilling these needs and if you're not then what is stopping you? And finally what is one thing you can do to start fulfilling your need? I'm giving you this as a template because number two in this process under realigning your relationship is to take care of your needs.
