The Power Dynamics of Race in the United States

The last time that the parties were really divided on issues of race was basically the Civil War and so this is something that we don't really know how to deal with as a country. We're not very good at talking about Racism or racial attitudes or systemic inequality or American history even As we sometimes see in a way that everyone feels comfortable with. Partisanism does both the fear of a changing world and a fear of the status quo Do they both lead to violence? They don't always lead to violence, but when you feel attacked that's when you start to turn to turn to violence or even just think about violence.
