If people built a 20 unit apartment building with no parking yeah just go extreme right then you are obviously only catering to a market of people that don't have a car. is that to help like if someone just is it because we're in a car centric city? If you build low-income buildings without parking on site there are enough people who would happily pay three or four hundred dollars a month less in in rent.
