If people built a 20 unit apartment building with no parking yeah just go extreme right then you are obviously only catering to a market of people that don't have a car. is that to help like if someone just is it because we're in a car centric city? If you build low-income buildings without parking on site there are enough people who would happily pay three or four hundred dollars a month less in in rent. The reason it's so much cheaper is specifically because the developer didn't have to build a fucking parking lot and you didn't have a cars anywayrightYeah that's an interesting point yeah so there's a lot in this book about that and i can't wait to
