What's Up With the Special Grand Jury?
The district attorney down here in fulton county in atlanta launched an investigation into am potential criminal interference in george's 20 20 elections. She wanted a dedicated group of folks, a 23 of them, to be exact, who would only focus on this single case and they wouldn't disband after two months. This special grand jury is also different from a regular grand jury in that they can't issue indictments. What they can do is issue sapinas. They have a lot of kind of special investigative powers that allows them to kind of gather a lot of evidence and really dig in on this one case.
