I think we're through a mix of workout videos and books. People seem to think you have to spend hours in the gym to achieve what you're saying. I've literally, all I've got in it is a weightlifting bar, a pull-up rack and a rowing machine. So it's not a time excuse. You can always find 10, 15, 20 minutes. But it's just fitting into your diary and just reminding yourself it's important stuff.
