Fermentation is energy without oxygen. All the cells that existed 2.5 billion years ago on our planet got energy without oxygen so they were fermenting energy there. The cancer cell is locked into a fermentation mechanism. It cannot use oxygen even if oxygen is present. So it's locked into this fermentation. And the drivers of this are sugar, glucose and the amino acid glutamine. Those are the only two major fuels that will drive the fermentation of the cancer cell. If you're looking at the wrong thing, you'relooking at downstream effects, everything looks complicated, but it's not that complicated.
