How to Get a Good Night's Sleep

Sleep problems are common so you're far from alone. If sleep or lack of it is causing you significant problems in your life I'd strongly advise you to consult medical help. Here are a few suggestions which may help you get started on getting a good night's sleep for more milder cases of sleep problems. Try to avoid drinking tea, coffee and caffeinated energy drinks and colours early afternoon onwards because the caffeine they contain can stay in your system for around 9 hours. Late in the day aim to choose drinks that don't have caffeine in them.
