Roxanne Jones' new book, "The Black Market," is a look at the black market's role in American history and culture. Jones says she has been surprised by how many white Americans are excited to learn more about African-American history. She argues that we must not be so calcified on issues of race that we can't move forward as a society.

In part one of this two part podcast, Curtis and David respond to the breaking news that the Supreme Court has overturned Roe v. Wade. Rather than dive into the legal or political dimensions of the ruling, they take a look at the social and spiritual dimensions, asking questions like:
