Is Machine Learning a Commodity or a Form of Learning?

Machine learning is not a black and white I mean any type of optimizes it. The fact that we were focusing on payer as a measure of risk as opposed to volatility will eliminate the type of 90% of the optimizations that super short researchers will typically do all right. There's too much focus today on delta one markets so you could trade 20-day channel breakouts and be quite crowded. You're still limited by the supply demand and risk equation of money which is real world this is not something theoretical okayso how you can compound your money and the risk of blowing up are the real world.
