What Makes a Great Retreat?
Great retreat design is balance of a bunch of things. I think planning for next level retreats goes to a whole new layer of consideration in wats can happen and how we're going to steer what's full, what's not full. And so it just feels like it's up both hands, yes, and while we're doing real work. i mean, this retreat felt incredibly dense to me, and incredibly productive in terms of what we got done,. but there was still a lightness about it.
