How to Flip Features at Scale

Google used to have this 20% time or whatever that I don't, as he said, anything still there. But did you get that kind of thing? Or is it only of its project related? You don't have to. There isn't an, an ex, so kind of a explicit 20%. It's kind of up to you how to, how to allocate your time. Okay, and did they, did they give you time? I mean, like, I don't think they'd still do it anymore, but Google used to havethis 20% time  that I don't know about now.
