Jet Airways to Fly in November

Jet airways must pay 185 crore rupees to lenders by November 16th. The consortium can only take full ownership after they make the payment. Until then, they can't lease a new fleet of aircraft. If it's biting, it's time to clear all dues. And how are they going to fly if they don't even have the important slots?
