The Satora-Saurus Method for a Probability Ratio Test
The Satora-Saurus method is similar to what we do when we compare nested models within the sample. What Albert did is said, look, go up to the whiteboard and draw out whatever model you have. He showed how you can use the difference in those chi squares to calculate what is the probability you would detect that misspecification given the other characteristics of your model.
