Ukraine's Counter-Offensive Is Underway

Luke Harding of The Guardian has been covering the Ukraine war since it started in February last year. He is just back from his latest trip to Kiev and spent a long time on the front line talk to various Ukrainian commanders. And they say actually, counter-offensive isn't quite the right word. They talk instead about a sort of rolling spring summer campaign. We've seen lots of what you might call tactical operations - smashing up Russian tanks, armored vehicles, bombing,. using drones, oil refineries, weapons dumps and so on.
