How to Reduce Loneliness
Lonely is one of the worst things for our health. It's worth worse than smoking in terms of like, e risk to our health. A loneliness longevity more so than things like cigarette consumption. The thing that is most correlated with happiness is feeling really connected to people. That's what people most want. Loneliness has a lot to do,. this is really interesting to me, with how we think. Research on ways to reduce loneliness are really focused on lonely thinking. And even just going on social meeting and seeing friends got together without you can increase your sense of loneliness. All those thoughts are just getting in the way of getting close to people.
