The Rise and Fall of the East Area Rapist

The FBI requested a report to be presented to them at their local office. They wanted this guy caught, and all tears of law enforcement knew very well that if he wasn't then it was likely to get worse. So detectives knew the East Area rapist was in fact a separate third serial rapist. And in the beginning of 1977, he was about to step it up a notch. The task force was busy putting bulletins up, conducting interviews, and continuing covert surveillance on suspects.
