How to Add Terpenes to Beers

I had a terpen infused beer recently and it was kind of like branded as like you know riffing on cannabis or something so I don't know if they're using a hemp-derived um terpene or not. It was just kind of weird for me and so I think that's one thing that's maybe my uh GMO hot take is can we just start taking things out that we don't want instead of adding all these weird things in that maybe we didn't need in the first place. Maybe at some point there's going to be customized yeast strains like not just house strains but totally customized to your brewery what you want or maybe even to your brand.
