This episode begins with a very famous cold open, the cheese cold it is. Michael forces it to choose between either his loyalty to charles minor and dunder mifflin, or michael. Ya and michael trying to steal dwight's top clients. Andy suspects that maybe am is being controlling of jim, maybe mistreating him. So he starts offering jim a bunch of unsolicited advice, which back fires when jim pranks him into confiding that things are terrible between him and pam.
