Is There a Robot That Follows You Around the World?

There's a new robot that's a two wheeled robot that connects to your phone. And then wherever you walk, it follows you about two or three feet behind you. Do they still make sprinklers for kids that shoot things into the air? I was thinking about the rocket stuff when you were talking about this guy who was a rocket scientist turned pizza fiend.
