How to Be More Present With Your Reality

Using my body, smiling and on the heart, breathing. I think that's a beautiful practice to assist us in being more present. Usually when people feel it's intolerable to be with my reality right now. They're actually talking about with my story about my life. Our emotions have a life of about 1.5 minutes. If we let them come and go, if we start thinking about what's going wrong, they can become a lifelong mood. And if we come into the present moment or actually present, yeah, unpleasantness will come and go,. But it actually settles and we can actually find a space and a peacefulness and even a tenderness towards what's going on.
