Do you practice mindfulness? I do. And after you practice to feel some benefit, I do. That's the most important thing to just always look at that. In my experience, you'll see it's always in the benefits. Do you do these vipassana retreats yourself? I want to go to the one you run. Oh, okay. Something happened. Well, that's what mindfulness is. It's just paying attention.
