A study from Japan looked at 103 patients who had palatal surgery for OSA and found that particularly in the group with really, really serious surgery. So over 30 apnea high-popnea events per hour had an average decrease of 1.5 nocturia events overnight. One of the interesting things is actually that vasopressin is like an old school line therapy for aneurysis in children.
