I think anybody who's out there who says we're in just a US, China, Cold War is wrong. It's not going to be like the 1950s and 60s where the Soviet Union and the United States were the two dominant powers in the world. We've also moved away from a system where the United States is the one dominant power in the World. The Saudis have been coordinating with the Russians, buying Russian oil and then selling their own oil for more expensive rates on the market.
