How to Write a Change Log

If you can't remember why, then you're doomed to just make those same mistakes again. You end up going in a complete circle back to square one where you were six months ago with the very first design that you had and you start over again. And so it's about taking good notes at meetings. This is why we did it that way. We just wasted a bunch of time. I usually a design log is great decision log, you know, making a list.
