The First African-American in the Teamsters

I couldn't have planned the progression any better than how it just happened to me. I became the first African-American in the Teamsters out here in the Teamster Wing of Location Managers. So from there now, I did television shows and then my first feature was the color purple. And pretty much did features from that point on.
