Around 10% of workplace deaths every year are homicides. Postal service workers make up 13% of employees killed by other employees. The vengeful worker is typically a middle-aged white man who faces termination in a worsening economy. And so when they get mad at their bosses, it becomes this anger that metastasizes into violence.
