The Monday after the Super Bowl, the VIX apocalypse happened. I made it was my best trading day and probably a couple of years had like a six figure day that day hadn't had one in a while. When you suffer a massive loss, there's like three things that could lead to it. Number two is you have no rules in place for anything. For a max loss, for a loss on a trade, for what percentage you're brokered you count, you're willing to lose. And number three is you have rules and you broke them. So in my instance, it was number three.
