Daisy Ridley posted a photo of a Yoda statue at Lucasfilm headquarters in early December. This was after they hired their lead, or at least negotiations were underway with their lead. And so you might be honest up to Jason, where Lindelof came at them with a concept and then they twisted it around to make it a vehicle for Ray. That's why Lindelof decided to leave the project mid-February.
