The Argument for Not Seeing What the Kids Have Got Before That
Think, write, pair, share. Re-write, share. Commit to an answer. Now with the person next to you, compare. What have they got? What have you got? Now, 30 seconds. If you want to change your answer, I'll make it better. You can do that. It's not as well as nicely but by all means. And if a kid's gotten early on in the lesson with an answer, they can just have a breeze for the rest of the lesson because the chance of the teacher coming back to them is minimal.
