It's a density of systems that really ike once you start trying to explain it to somebody and start going through the list of things that you have to be considering, there's a lot here. But i'm impressed with how well it weaves them together in most cases. The difficulty comes from managing the needs of your populace rather than chasing after sort of big name goals or anything like that. You just don't get any of the sort of experience currencies once you hit that success point where the queen is satisfied enough with you and you filled all her tasks.
