Practice Testing and Distributed Practice
The very act of having to remember something makes it more likely tha you're going to remember it again. Practice testing and distributed practice fits quite nicely into what i was talking about with memory, that ive mentioned. No disturbin practice is an idea of a little bit often. And so this is that my examplef if you did 30 minutes monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday and friday, compared to two and a half hours on any one of those days,. If youare spending 30 minutes each of those five days, the outcomes are much better than if you have one block of two and ahalf. Soits there's a bit more reinforcement.
