I was actually listening to one of your previous episodes recently and I think it might have been you that said I've spent a fortune on coaching within my school. You know like I don't regret any of it and I I feel really similarly so I two years ago kind of mid pandemic still here almost all members of the the secondary leadership team and the whole school leadership team just consequently all kind of left. So there were a couple of members of the leadership team remaining and I thought it'd be a really good and a great opportunity for the school. It provides an opportunity in a space this what so many people's like head teachers school leaders who I talk to say that it provides that space
