When we're inside a memory and the colours are rich and bright and bold, it has greater emotional intensity than when we are outside. If you give a person a fish, they eat for a day. They basically, through the power of visualization, train their mind and body to feel and act in a particular way. So very often when i'm, as it were, teaching or training somebody to be more confident, i do it like this. And i'd like you, once again, to use the power of your imagination.
