The book took about a year longer to produce than I thought it would because I wanted to put everything I had into it. The publisher Bard Press actually came up with the idea we were sitting in a Mexican restaurant in Austin, Texas and he said you know Harvey Pinnock put out that little red book of selling he sold a million and a half copies you'll sell more. "I started on a napkin I started to pen out some of the chapter titles and chapter one is kick your own ass and chapter 12.5 is resign your position as general manager of the universe"
