The Pomodoro Technique

So called Pomodoro technique. It's like the simplest technique I've encountered, but it's really powerful. We actually make a conscious choice when we're going to do what? And we're not allowed to do anything else. So you need to really break it down into small bits. Then set your timer for whatever time you want to, but it is advisable to start with 25 minutes. If you're really, really multitasking junk game, set it to five minutes to start with. For those minutes, you can only do that task. That's it. You can't browse. You can look at other papers.
