Sally Kohn: I have looked at a number of these regenerative, whatever you want to call them, regenerative housing, regenerative projects. She says the problem with many of these things which you're kind of trying to back into an address is that if for some reason our community fractures, that's it. We built the damn houses in the desert, they're not going anywhere. They're illiquid. There's no way to leave.Kohn: If instead our ownership is actually in a holding entity that we all co-own and those shares have liquidity, we can sell those shares because they're tokenized. So it solves that huge pain point on the back end
