I try to maintain 10,000 steps a day and get about 20 minutes of sunshine. I've also started to wear a Rucksack, so this is a weighted backpack that has 35 pounds in it. It helps to make my life more physically active. And recently I've started to use the virtual reality app Supernatural. Think about how lucid and clear-minded you feel after a not too intense but solid workout. Can you engineer that state across your day so that you perform better at it?"
