There's a discussion going on about having some kind of regulated cocaine marketin in mexico. There was a bill that passed the first reading, i think, in the senate but with the support of a couple dozen senators. I think anyone who looks at the situation in columbia as a mostly producer country, will see the benefits of creating and creating a legal market.
