How to Pull Data Together in Power BI
I'm a big proponent of let's make sure we're getting all of that auditing data. So the Microsoft 365 audit log, Power BI calls it the activity log. If we are actually not just pulling that data and storing it somewhere in case we need it for auditors or something, if we're quite literally looking at it every single week, we can spot things that are happening that we can make better. I think you're also then working from real data to all too often. We're bringing in tools thinking we know how the folks are going to use it ... And they never want to use it that way.
