I think Jamie likes giving guidance. He forms an opinion and he's willing to share a view. So we'd get from the management committee on down, hey, this is kind of the house view. And so it's very hard to time and judge how much of this impact has already happened. I mean, picking up the phone and being able to call anybody across the organization who was the expert in that thing was really powerful. Yeah.
