Is There a Difference Between the Moral Views?

In Benthemite utilitarianism, the welfare of friends and family is more important than that of strangers. But a person could change their view by thinking they have no obligations to anyone else. This would make it possible for them to be 'kind of like a brother to all' The two moral views are not equal in terms of stengh of rightness or wongness. And then i think there are independent arguments against sructualist views - which give further support to what i call amplified theories.
