The Battle Ground for Reform
This is the battle ground for reform, no doubt. But there's a real concern that he's in some sort of experiment and we will only know that there's empirical evidence linking his policies to an increasing crime sometime in the future. And it'll be too lateonce i, you knowthe people who are being murdered,. largely are black men and ssothe crime, crime rates are going up in a lot of the tough neighborhoods.
