The Importance of Plant-Based Diets

The prices of animal foods are so heavily subsidized that it's not even a fair comparison. But perhaps that is beginning to shift, as there becomes more awareness about the environment. And maybe this is the beginning of the animal products costing much more than plant products. I don't expect that many people are now going to get into cooking just because we're in an economic crisis.
