Is the California Law Going to Be Striked Down?

My guess is the California law will be upheld. There's some decent arguments here, but I just thought that the slippery slope arguments were a lot harder for the petitioner. The fact that the court granted the case at all makes me think they'll probably. This is not like, this is not like an area where the circuit split is so sharp. They'll be like, really had to step in. It seems like there's a problem or whatever. But that makes me kind of second guess my gut instinct and think like, maybe we're going to just get some weird fractured 72 thing.
