I Pay My Property Tax, Can You Explain More How It's Unconstitutional?

The federal government is constrained by article one, section nine of the constitution. The sixteenth amendment basically allows income taxes, but it doesn't allow wealth taxes. So you can wealth taxes at the state level, you can't get them at the federal level. Whether that argument would pass muster with the current supreme court, we don't know.
