How to Run an Authors Community
The authors community, where it's a couple hundred members, is at what I call the second stage. There's enough members who have been there for long enough that the culture is kind of instilled. And so they feel totally different to run. Like when I go on paternity leave in a couple months, the authors community will run without me just fine. The other part of your question? Even though I tend to drift, the reason I stay excited is because I'm building communities that I want to be a part of.
