How to Be a Successful Coach
I applied for the assistant coaching job of Canterbury and the head coaching job of Crusaders. I must have just had a gut feeling or I don't know, I don't think I interviewed that well or anything like that. It was just, I guess I took a bit of a punt. The Canterbury and I played, it made my rugby career. So I did have history there but I still pretty lucky to get the job. And one of the things that I say to people is, I think you could coach any sport. Like you'd be a bloody good golf coach, haven't still ever seen you play golf but I don't Think that matters.
