Come Home, Come as You Are
I think it's to try to make us feel loved. When you go from 53 to 54, it shows the saviour's character that he doesn't hold this atonement over your head like a guilt trip. It's come unto christ and be perfected in him, right? And do you remember sister chieko kazaki? I've a favorite statement of hers. She said once, jesus is not waiting for us to be perfect. Perfect people don't need a saviour. He came to save us in our imperfections. We we come as we are,. then that process begins of him remaking us and reshaping us. The blessings are now coming from chapter 54
