Central Asia - Russia's Exclusive Strategic Zone of Influence

All three nations have bases in Tajikistan. All the central Asian nations are favorably predisposed towards India because India is a non hegemonic, non threatening nation. Russia regards these countries as part of their strategic extended strategic neighborhood. They conduct military exercises with almost all nations on a regular ongoing basis to maintain those ties.
