How Do You Build Mental Toughness?

How does an athlete start to improve their mental toughness? That's a great question, and it goes right back to what we just talked about. You can't become tough by going through situations that are all accustomed, tailored and customed fit to your preferences and are easy for you. To get to built mental toughness, they have to be ing to be coached and trained by somebody who is going to push them. And i tell people all the time, matthew,  to be mentally tough, you have to actually be in tough situations.
